Jill is the owner PhysioEx which was established over a decade ago at Woodbury Park Hotel. She has a reputation for providing a friendly and professional service with an excellent standard of physiotherpy care, with many of her new clients being recommended from previous clients.

Jill qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2000, has worked in the NHS, and in private practise. When treating patients she utilises a variety of ‘hands on’ treatment techniques including manual therapy and massage as well as strengthening strategies to help relieve pain and improve function.

With her previous exposure to such a wide range of acute and chronic problems, she is happy to treat conditions such as spinal pain to muscle and soft tissue injuries, rehabilitation and assist recovery following traumatic, orthopaedic surgery and regaining mobility following a fall.
